This is a personal site of Ryuei Sasaki.

Who am I?

Below is a short introduction about myself.

I’m currently a undergraduate student in the field of environmental science at Malmö university in southern Sweden. After my bachelor studies I’m planning study further at master degree in sustainable development. I want to explore the way to make our society 100% sustainable from all the aspects as ecological, economical and societal. For more about education related information, please check my resume. On the other hand I’m now very active in music too. Cello is my main instruments. Right now I’m an active member of two bands: Skylux and While the city sleeps. Both of the bands are still recording their first album. I’ve also worked with an awesome singer song writer and my good friend Elliot Lundgren. Two albums which I also recorded cello is going to be out soon. I’m also trying to write my own songs some of them you can find here or at myspace.

Interests:

I’m interested in a lot of things. However, to name the main ones they will be as follow: Music production, guitar, drums, effective reading, effective learning, cooking, photography, traveling, inline skating (aggressive), aikido (ki no kenkyukai), AppleScript, vegetarian, vegan food, traditional japanese culture, complexity science,,,

The more I know the more I realise that I only know a tiny bit of the things in this world. This is what I feel every time I get to know something new because there are usually a lot of aspects related to the things I’ve just got to know.
